Thanks so much for taking the time to report that one of the M&M's® Peanut Chocolate Candies you purchased was odd-shaped.
During production we have screening devices which are used by Quality Services Team to keep the misshaped and oversized pieces out of the packages. Incidences where our systems are eluded are fortunately rare. We very much appreciate you pointing out the inadequacy which, in turn, helps us to improve our performance.
I found a nearly perfect red heart shaped one about a year ago, and have kept in my office... I recently found a blue one not quite as perfect, but I am always on the look out.. Lets see if your blog allows me to post the picture. They are rare indeed!
